VEGAN +GF+DAIRY FREE 3 INGREDIENT FUDGE
I know you must have tried thousands of fudge recipes and I am talking about both vegan and non vegan but lets me honest its pretty hard to find out good recipes on the web but today your search is going to finally end because this fudge recipe that I will be sharing with you is not only vegan but it is also gluten free and dairy free!
I know its the holidays and its ok to indulge but if something can be made equally delicious as the real deal without all that not so healthy oils and sugars than WHY NOT!
you can put anything in this fudge from nuts, marshmallows, biscuits to dried fruits or nothing at all if you want that ultra sinful creamy texture, I mean do anything that your heart desires.
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS AMAZING FUDGE
Dairy free dark chocolate: you can use your favorite brand of dairy free dark chocolate.
sweetened condensed coconut milk: you will generally find this in cans and it is a dairy free alternative to your usual condensed milk.
vanilla: of course you need vanilla!
RECIPE OF 3 INGREDIENT FUDGE
300g dairy free dark chocolate, roughly chopped
320ml sweetened condensed coconut milk
vanilla essence as per taste
1/3-1/2 cup almonds, crushed (optional)
1/3-1/2cup vegan marshmallows, chopped (optional)
Melt the dairy free dark chocolate over a double boiler.
remove from the double boiler, add the sweetened condensed coconut milk and the vanilla essence.
stir well to combine.
add the almonds and marshmallows if using,stir well to combine.
spread this mixture in a parchment lined 6 inch square tin.
set in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours or until fully set.
cut into squares and serve, BON APPETIT !
