COURSE:MAIN COURSE OR STARTER
RECIPIE FOR CARROT SOUP
4 medium orange carrots, grated
1/2cup coconut milk
1tsp coriander powder
1/2tsp cumin powder
salt as per taste
Heat some oil in a heavy bottom pot and add your ground spices and let them toast for 30secs.
add the grated carrot , salt and sauté for 5mins.
add your coconut milk and water, bring to a simmer.
cook this on medium low until carrots are tender.
blend the soup and serve warm.
